Digital input
The UMG96S with the additional printed circuit
board 2 has 2 digital inputs. An external 24VDC
power supply unit is required for operation of
the digital inputs.
A digital input (Add 002, Add 003) can be as-
signed one of 2 functions:
3 = Monitor status of the digital input.
5 = HT/LT switchover. Status of the digital inputs
If a digital input is assigned the function „3“, the
status of the digital inputs can be queried via
the addresses 420 and 421 .
If a voltage is applied to a digital input, a 1 is
written in the address (420/421). If no voltage
is applied, a 0.
