Stagger Runs on Flow Cell A and Flow Cell B

Wait for the run on the adjacent flow cell to begin a chemistry step, and then select
Pause
. The Pause menu opens.
NOTE
Always pause the current run during a chemistry step opposed to an imaging step.

Normal Pause
.

Wait for the software to complete the current chemistry step. The system is placed in a
safe state automatically.

After the adjacent flow cell run is paused, set up the new run.

After loading the new flow cell for the new run, close the compartment door.

Select
Start
to start the new sequencing run.

Select
Resume
on the adjacent flow cell to resume the paused run. The software
automatically controls chemistry and imaging processes on both flow cells.
