In the PE Reagent Kit ID field, scan or enter the paired-end reagent kit barcode ID from
a PE Cluster Kit box:

Single-pack kit

Specify the SBS reagents that you are using for your run:
•
If you are using a full set of reagents, select
300 Cycles
. Cycles remaining defaults
to 310 cycles.
•
If you are using a partial kit, select
Custom
. In the Cycles Remaining field, enter the
number of SBS cycles that reagents are expected to last from 1–310 cycles.
NOTE
The Cycles Remaining field is populated automatically based on the SBS kit ID. If you are
using a partial kit, enter the number of cycles that reagents are expected to last. The
software counts down the number of cycles entered. When the cycles are low, the
software prompts you to load fresh reagents.
