[Function] Check if valid data is contained in the axis pattern specified in operand 1 at the position
number specified in operand 2.
The output will turn ON if none of the data specified by the axis pattern is available (=
position data display on the teaching pendant: X.XXX / position data display in the PC
software: blank). 0 is treated as valid data.

An axis pattern can be indirectly specified using a variable. An example of specifying the

[Function] Write the SCARA CP operation speed/linear movement axis speed specified in operand 1,
to the position number specified in operand 2. The unit of operand 1 is mm/sec.
(Note)
If a negative value is written with a PVEL command, an alarm will generate when that
position is specified in a movement operation, etc. Exercise caution.
