Check that the operating indoor fan
generates no abnormal noise.
Replace the fan component if it is
damaged.
Check that the screws on the indoor
fan are not loose or distorted.
Tighten loose screws.
Compressor
Check that the compressor is
secured.
Tighten screws if the compressor is
not secured.
Check that the operating compressor
generates no abnormal noise.
Replace the compressor.
Electric heater
The electric heaters are secured.
Secure the electric heaters and
temperature switches.
Check that the electric heater
surfaces are not eroded.
Replace the electric heater.
Outdoor fan
Check that the fan air intake and
exhaust vents are not blocked.
Clear obstacles.
Check that the fan runs properly
without abnormal noise or vibration,
and the blades rotate properly.
Replace the outdoor fan.

historical alarms generated in this
year and select the most common
five ones.

technical support.
Electric control box
components
Check that the electrical components
and control components of the
indoor unit are free of dust.
(Perform the operation with the
power off.) Use a brush or
compressed dry air to remove dust
from electrical components, and
control components.
