Figure 5-13 Removing cables
Step 5 Cut the cable ties on the low pressure sensor cable using diagonal pliers and take
out the low pressure sensor cable from the electric control box.
Step 6 Remove the low pressure sensor using an adjustable wrench.
Step 7 Apply sealant to the threads to be connected. Install a new low pressure sensor in
the original position using an adjustable wrench and connect the cable.
Step 8 Secure the low pressure sensor cable using cable ties.
Step 9 Perform a leakage test with nitrogen again. After checking that the smart cooling
product does not leak, vacuumize the smart cooling product and charge
refrigerant.
Step 10 Reinstall all the panels.
Step 11 Power on the smart cooling product and startup it. Choose Maintain > Diagnostic
Mode, and set the compressor rotational speed to 3000 rpm.
1. After the compressor speed stabilizes at 3000 rmp for about 10 minutes,
choose Run > Device Run State to view the Suction Pressure, Discharge
Pressure, and EEV Suct Superheat, and Supercool. Check whether the
