Warm-up time setting (Warm Up)
Set the amount of time that will elapse from the point that measurement is stopped to the
beginning of measurement. (This setting also applies to warm-up when the power is turned
ON.)
1.
Perform the procedures 1. and 2. in "

2.
Select "Warm Up" and press the ENT key.
Setting is now possible and the display flashes.
3.
Use the

and
▼
keys to select the warm-up time.

key: Value increases by 1 minute.
▼
key: Value decreases by 1 minute.
The setting range is from 1 minute to 60 minutes.
4.
Press the ENT key to register the setting.
Tip

As this instrument uses a UV lamp, a certain amount of time is required for the instructions to
become stable after the power is turned ON.
z
We recommend the warm-up time setting to 30 minutes.
z
When pressing the MENU key, the menu goes back to the previous menu.

Setting for no sample detection time setting
(No Sample)

Refer to "

Opening each setting menu" (page 23) to display the "System Set
Menu" screen.
The screen appears to select the setting item for the system setting.
2.
Select "No Sample Set" and press the ENT key.
The screen appears to select the setting item for no sample detection time.
Setting of UV lamp operation (UV Off)
Select whether the UV lamp is turned ON or OFF when it is no sample detection time.

Perform the procedures 1. and 2. in "

2.
Select "UV Off" and press the ENT key.
Setting is now possible and the display flashes.

keys to select the desired operation for the UV lamp.

key: "Yes" (The UV lamp is turned OFF.)

key: "No" (The UV lamp is left ON.)

Press the ENT key to register the setting.
Tip

As this instrument uses a UV lamp, for safety purposes, we recommend that the lamp is turned
OFF when the water supply is terminated.
