Attaching terminal covers

Put the terminal covers after completion of wiring of the terminal board.

Piping configuration

Connect the tube joint to the connection on the bottom of the equipment.

Note

Be sure to hold the connection with a wrench when threading the joint in.

3.6

Adjusting the flow meter

Use the upper needle valve to adjust the flow meter so that its float registers 15 mL/min.

Note

When bubbles adhere within the flow meter''s glass tube or to the float, adjust the flowmeter
after fully opening the needle valve to remove the bubbles.

Make sure to put the terminal covers to prevent electric shock.
