2.0 Repair of the aligner
2.1 Targets
2.1.1 Exchange of Targets - mechanical part (all models)
After the damage of a target is is necessary to exchange the part. New target will be delvered
complete, so the exchange is very simple. All important parts are fixed by seeger rings To
exchange target it is necessary to build out one rod of the clamp.
Dismount like this:
- Unscrew fixing crew (1) on one side. If there is a Allen screw on the other side remove this
also.
- Remove Seeger rings of one side of the rods
- Move rod until the nut is to reach with the wrench(2).
- Exchange targets.
- mount in opposite direction.
