13.2.4.8 Edge detector
Function Detect edges of a digital signal. A transition at the input
produces a pulse at the output. A pulse lasts one calculation
cycle, see Chapter 1.
Detection modes are rising edge, falling edge or both. The
output pulse is either high active or low active.
This block comprises two detectors A and B, that are
independent from each other.

Inputs Two digital signals in A and in B
Outputs Two flag outputs
Parameters Detection mode
- detect falling edge

- or detect both
high Active: If yes, the output is active high, else active low
