Reinstalling the glow plug assembly

(1) Screw the 4 glow plugs into the corresponding
mounting hole of the cylinder head air intake end, and
tighten the glow plugs using a hexagon socket head
spanner to the specified torque. See Fig. 4-1-30.

(2) Check the assembled glow plugs and eliminate any
misplacement and leakage.
(3) Assemble the wiring harness of glow plugs and
connect the harness securely.
Reinstalling the exhaust manifold pipe

(1) Install the exhaust manifold pipe gasket and exhaust
manifold pipe to the exhaust side of the cylinder head,
and tighten the 8 fastening nuts

M8×1.25
）
to the
specified torque, as shown in Fig. 4-1-31.

(2) Install the heat shield of exhaust manifold pipe, and
tighten the 4 hexagon flange bolts (M6×12) to the
specified torque. See Fig. 4-1-32.

Reinstalling the turbocharger

(1) Install the turbocharger gasket and turbocharger, and
tighten the single connecting bolt and the 2 fastening
nuts for the turbocharger with specified torque. See Fig.
4-1-33.

(2) Install the fuel return hose gasket and fuel return hose
of turbocharger, and tighten the 2 hexagon flange bolts
(M6×16) to the specified torque. See Fig. 4-1-33.
