If configured, only the firmware with the matching encrypted prefix will be downloaded and flashed
into the phone.

configuration

This allows users to download part of the configuration that does not include any personal settings
like Username and Passwords. Also, it will include all the changes manually made by user from web
UI, or config file uploaded from “Upload Device Configuration”, but not include the changes from the
server provision via TFTP/FTP/FTPS/HTTP/HTTPS.
