Transfer Tubing Connection
the transfer tubing is routed from the syringe pump to the outlet of the automatic loop
injection valve of the PLC Purification System. refer to
Plumbing Connections on page 96 .
the transfer tubing is ordered separately, according to the syringe size. refer to the table
below for part numbers.

to install the transfer tubing:
1. Connect one end with 1/4”-28 fitting to the transfer tubing side of the valve of the
Verity 4020 Syringe Pump (right-hand port), and finger-tighten the nut.
2. Connect the other end to the outlet of the shut-off valve, connected to the waste outlet
(port 2) of the automatic loop injection valve of the PLC Purification System and finger-
tighten the nut.
