Exporting Files from Composer

The dialog box indicates the original image file name and type. You can change the
name, location, or type of file.

Click Save to save the image file.

Exporting to a Hot Folder

The Export to Hot Folder command in the Composer File menu allows you to automatically
convert an OMEGA plot file to EPS file that is saved in a designated folder. Choosing this
command opens the Export to Hot Folder dialog box where you can choose to export the entire
file or only previously selected objects.

In File Type you can choose the file format in which to save the file. The only file type currently
available in the Export to Hot Folder dialog box is the EPS – (GSP) Encapsulated PostScript File.

If you have created a Hot Folder, either choose it from the list, enter the path in the Export to
This Folder box, or click the Browse (…) button to navigate to the folder's location on your
computer.

Tip: The default folder for ImageRIP Pro or ImageRIP Plus by Onyx is C:\ONYX\Input\Gerber Elan
XL, where C is the designation of the largest hard drive on your computer.

Click the Options button to open the Export Options dialog box where you can set color
controls and Cutter Path Shapes. For detailed information on using the Export Options dialog
box, see “Exporting to an Adobe Illustrator - AI or EPS format using the GSP filter.”
