Introduction
ADC with 12-bit precision and 18 channels, including 16 external channels and 3
internal channels, and there are single, continuous and intermittent A/D
conversion modes for each channel. ADC conversion results can be left-aligned
or right-aligned and stored in 16-bit data register.
