Create a Column CIP method
Follow the instructions to create a Column CIP method.
Action Step
In the Method Editor module, 1

click the New Method button
or
•
on the File menu, click New Method.
Result: The New Method dialog opens.
In the New Method dialog. 2
In the System list select the name of the system. Click Predefined Method.
In the Predefined Method list, click Column CIP. Click OK.
Result: One Method Settings phase and one Column CIP phase will be dis-
played in the Method Outline pane.
In the Phase Properties tab of the Method Settings phase, select Column
type and Column position. 3
