Step

In the Manual instructions dialog box:

•

Select Pumps and pressures:Sample flow.

•

Set Flow rate to an appropriate value for the Superloop size, in this ex-
ample 10 ml/min.

•

Click Execute

Result: A sample flow starts, in this example of 10 ml/min.

When the Superloop is filled with as much volume as is needed, click the
End icon in the System Control toolbar to end the run.

Plug the Syr port on the Injection valve with a Stop plug.
