When the system is in the Calibration Mode,
the audible alarm and function kick-outs are
inhibited and there is no protection from two-
block or overload. All crane operations are at
the sole discretion of the operator.

CAL POSITION

The CAL switch in the
computer must be set to the
“CAL” POSITION when
performing
calibration procedures.

To access the CAL switch,
REMOVE the cover from
the computer assembly.
Locate the switch near the
center of the computer
board just between and
below the ribbon cable
connectors.

IMPORTANT:

IF THE CALIBRATION SWITCH IS NOT ON (PULLED DOWN OR FORWARD) THE

DISPLAY SHOULD READ: ‘CAL DISABLED’ AND THE ROUTINES CANNOT BE ACCESSED.
