5.3 System Calibration
CEMS-2000s System has been accurately calibrated before delivery and the customer do not
need to calibrate it for the first use. However as the use of the system, its internal electronic
components are becoming aged. The system parameter may be offset gradually and influence the
accuracy of the measurement. To ensure the measurement accuracy of CEMS-2000s System, it is
needed to calibrate each analysis meter in the system at regular intervals during the usage.
To calibrate the system, you need to input the zero gas (N
2
) to adjust the zero point and input
certain range density gas to calibrate. The calibration of system cabinet measured parameter (SO
2
,
NO and O
2
) can be performed by OMA-2000 analyzer. The detailed calibration operations of
parameters like HCI, dust, temperature, pressure and flow rate please refer to relevant user
manuals.
Note:
It is recommended to adjust the zero point of OMA-2000 analyzer and calibrate it for each 90
days while the calibration interval of LDM-100 laser dust meter and LGA-4100 laser gas analyzer
are 6 months. The actual calibration interval should be determined according to the actual
conditions if the field working conditions are bad.
5.3.1
High Pressure Adjustment Bottle
As shown in Fig 5-4, the traditional gas bottle contains high pressure gas. Thus you should
connect a “two-level pressure adjuster” at the outlet of the gas bottle to reduce the pressure before
use. The “two-level pressure adjuster” has two meters. The “high pressure meter” is adjacent to
