Failure Cause Troubleshooting
No response of the system
after the power is switched on The circuit breaker is not
connected or other circuit
problem occurs Please check if all circuit
breakers and leakage protector
is put on
The flow rate is lower than
1L/min during zero adjustment The jet pump is jammed Clean the jet pump
Temperature alert The temperature of sampling
probe, heating box and tracing
pipe does not reach the preset
value Check if the relevant interface
board is working properly. If
the board is damaged, please
change it immediately
No real-time data displayed on
IPC Communication failure Check if the communication
cable is connected firmly and
if the communication settings
have been illegally changed
Check if the power supply is
normal
Offset over range of measured
temperature, pressure and flow
rate The pipe is jammed, the sensor
circuit is loosen, short-circuit
or open circuit
The zero point or measurement
range has significant offset Check the pipe and circuit and
troubleshoot the problem.
If the zero point or
measurement range has
significant offset, the
instrument should be sent to
the testing institute for
calibration
Gas over-limit alert
The measured gas data is
abnormal The actual emission exceeds
the density limit
If the data acquisition and
communication circuit is
normal working. Maybe the
analyzer has significant offset
Check if the fuel of boiler and
the system has problem and
troubleshoot the problem
Check if the power supply and
communication link has
problems and troubleshoot the
problems
If the zero point has significant
offset, the instrument should
be calibrated again.
Warning:
The maintenance personnel should be specially trained or instrument operation skilled (like
automation technologies) to perform the maintenance. During the maintenance the personnel
should follow the electric inspection regulations to ensure the safe of personnel and equipments.
