Alert Setup
In alert setup, the users can setup the upper and lower limit of the gas room temperature, the
lower limit of gas path jamming and the continuous time, as shown in Fig 6-17.

The meanings of items on alert setup page are:
z
Upper limit of gas room temperature: Set the maximum temperature in the gas room
within the range of (0~300)
℃ ;
z
Lower limit of gas room temperature: Set the minimal temperature in the gas room
within the range of (0~80)
℃ ;
z
Lower limit of gas path jamming: Set the minimal pressure in the gas room within the
range of (0-100) KPa;
z
Continuous time: Set the alert waiting time for gas path jamming. When the jamming
lasts more than the preset continuous time, the main page will display the alert of “Gas
path jammed”. The time can be set within the range of (1-10) minutes.
Note:
The upper limit of the gas room temperature must be higher than the lower limit, otherwise
the system will display the information of “Data input over range” and prompt the user to input
new values for the upper and lower limits.
