Alert Code Content Level Measures (Mainly for Protection)
01 Mismatch of sensor type and
pixel Failure The spectrometer already runs at
default configuration. You need to
re-configure the light source byte
02 Over limit of optical channel
1 Failure The spectrometer already runs at
default configuration. You need to
re-configure the optical channel 1
03 Over limit of optical channel
2 Failure The spectrometer already runs at
default configuration. You need to
re-configure the optical channel 2
04 EEPROM error Failure Restart the system. If the problem
still cannot be solved, you should
change the EEPROM
05 Step motor error Failure Restart the instrument. If the
problem still cannot be solved,
please check the relevant circuit of
the motor, the motor and the optical
coupling.
