TPF-100 Temperature/Pressure/Flow Rate Integrated
Transmitter
In order to improve the integration and reduce the holes required, FPI designed its TPF-100
temperature/pressure/flow rate integrated transmitter. It integrates the temperature/pressure/flow
rate measurement instruments into one cabinet to monitor and measure the parameter of
temperature, pressure and flow rate in real-time. The TPF-100 consists of cabinet and
pressure/temperature sensor unit, as shown in Fig 4-8.

Please refer to relevant user manual for more information of temperature sensor, flow rate
transmitter, pressure transmitter and TPF-100 integrated transmitter.
Note:
The humidity of stack gas is measured by the humidity measurement module developed by
FPI in separate mode. The humidity measurement module is installed in the heating cabinet which
is optional for customers.
4.4 Data Acquisition and Processing Sub-System
The data acquisition and processing sub-system is composed of switch cabinet, PC,
CEMSMonitor2.0 software, enterprise DCS networking unit and data transmission unit.
The switch cabinet is installed on the outdoor platform which supplies power to all the
devices on the platform. Meanwhile it receives the signal output from all the devices and converts
them to industrial standard RS485 protocol and transfers them to the PC by internal processing
