6 Operations of OMA-2000 Spectroscopic Gas Analyzer

Working Modes

OMA-2000 analyzer can be put in to continuous online measurement after OMA-2000

optical fiber spectrum analyzer has been correctly installed and tested. During the measurement

process, OMA-2000 analyzer works in one of the three modes according to the conditions: startup

mode, normal mode and failure mode.

Instrument Working Modes

6.2.1

Startup Mode

The system automatically works in startup mode after OMA-2000 analyzer has been

normally powered up. OMA-2000 analyzer performs initialization tasks under this mode and the

LCD displays the startup picture which includes the company name, system model and status of

the system, as shown in Fig 6-7.

During the initialization process, the system checks the working status of each internal

function module. Normally this process lasts for 1 minute. Fig 6-7 is the startup picture of

OMA-2000 analyzer during the initialization which has the progress bar of “System is in

self-testing”. If the testing is fine, OMA-2000 analyzer will enter the normal mode after the

initialization finishes.
