the bottle which shows the current pressure in the bottle while the “low pressure meter” is far from
the bottle which controls the pressure of output gas.

Opening: You should open the bottle knob (counter-clockwise) and then adjust the
“two-level pressure adjuster” to the proper pressure value. Normally the “low pressure
meter” should be maintained around “0.2” MPa.

Closing: You should close the bottle knob (clockwise) and then close the “two-level
pressure adjuster” (counter-clockwise) until the “low pressure meter” returns to “0”
MPa.

5.3.2
Adjusting the Flow Rate of Standard Gas
A flow meter is installed at the bottom left of the system for controlling the flow rate of
standard gas. It is used to adjust the gas flow rate during zero adjustment and calibration (by
adjusting the knob of the flow meter). Normally the flow rate of CEMS-2000s System should be
maintained at (1.5~2) L/min.
5.3.3
Zero Adjustment
During the long time online measurement, it is an effective measure to avoid the offset of
zero point and ensure the accuracy of the measured data by regular zero adjustment. Thus the
system also provides functions of SO
2
and NO zero adjustment that can calibrate for both gases at
the same time. The zero adjustment can be done in automatic mode or manual mode. The operator
can manually adjust the zero point on OMA-2000 optical fiber spectrum analyzer and CEMS-2000
monitoring software or set the zero adjustment parameters in CEMS-2000 monitoring software
and make the system automatically adjust the zero point by itself.
