Error treatment with PROFIBUS-DP

With the following faults, the reaction of the Local control unit
depends on the configured reaction of the master module.

– Telegram failure

– Master has stopped

– Interruption in bus cable

If setting or configuration is successful, all the outputs (valves
or outputs) will be switched off or maintain their status.

Warning

Make sure that valves and outputs are reset when the
faults mentioned occur.

A dangerous situation can arise if the valves and outputs
are not reset.
