Status display for the CECX-D-14A-2

There is a status LED for each channel. This LED indicates the status of the signal.

Status LED

(orange)

LED lights up: Channel logically 1 (signal present)

LED does not light up: Channel logically 0 (no signal)

CAN status LEDs (reserved for extensions)

The central module has the following two CAN status LEDs on the front:

RX (green)

LED lights up briefly when receiving a CAN message.

TX (yellow)

LED lights up briefly when sending a CAN message.

Ethernet status LEDs

There is a link status LED (green) and an activity LED (yellow) on the Ethernet socket (RJ-
45). These LEDs light up when sending or receiving telegrams.

Link status (green) LED lights up as soon as an Ethernet connection is available.

Activity (yellow)

LED lights up when sending and receiving data.

Compact Flash status LED

Beside the Eject button is a status LED for the Compact Flash card. This LED lights up
when the system is accessing the memory card.

LED lights up red when the Compact Flash card is being accessed for writing/reading.

LED does not light up if the Compact Flash card is not being accessed for writ-

ing/reading.
