Wiring of the output module CECX-D-14A-2
14 digital outputs are available for activating digital actuators. They have a common
ground potential and are electrically isolated from the evaluation logic.

CECX-D-14A-2: 2 A output current per output, 50 % concurrence per group
Suitable plugs with a grid dimension of 5.08 mm are required for connection (e.g. 2 blocks
with 8 connections, 1 block with 2 connections).
Use only suitable plugs that guarantee a secure plug connection.
The plugs from the Festo range are suitable (see Appendix A.3).
The nominal voltage of the group supply is 24 V DC. The status of the respective output is
indicated by orange status LEDs.

The digital outputs will still work if the 0V pin is not connected. The
LEDs do not, however, light up in this case and the status of the
digital outputs is not truthfully indicated.
Caution
Polarity reversal can result in destruction of the module (e.g. by
incorrectly inserting the supply terminal block one position down).
Test the wiring before switching on the load voltage supply for
the first time.
