Removing panels

Dismantling the side panels

Remove the side panels from each side of the boiler on
which the stoker will later be mounted.

Align boiler horizontally

Aligning the boiler horizontally

Check the horizontal alignment of the boiler covers
and adjust them by placing metal plates underneath.

The horizontal alignment of the boiler is important
because the electrode in the precipitator must be

an equal distance away from the inner walls on all
sides. Even if the boiler is not equipped with a precipi-
tator, it must still be horizontally aligned because the
precipitator may be retrofitted at a later time.

Horizontal alignment is also important for the separate
ventilation connection. For this reason, never align the
boiler to be "rising" or "falling".

Installing the pellet bin

Installing the stoker on the boiler

Inspect the affixed seal to ensure it is in good order;
replace it if necessary.
