If the span flow rate does not correspond to the flow rate measured by the instrument

difference > 1,5 l/min), repeat the calibration procedure.
Quit the display by pressing down the [

] key, then the [Stop] key.
REMARK : The flow value read on the reference flowmeter is valid for a defined reference

Manual adjustment of the motor-driven valve :

From the « Calibration details » screen of the « Flow rate » sub-menu, it is possible to manually
control the opening and closing of the motor-driven valve in order to calibrate the flow rate faster.

Press down the [Manu] key : the [--], [-], [0], [+] and [++] keys are displayed (screen shown below).

Connect the flow meter to the flexible channel.
NOTE : The flexible channel is described in Chapter 1, section Gas transport system, pa ge 1-6 ,
and shown in (4) of figure 1-4.

If the flow rate read on the flow meter is higher than the reference flow rate, press down the [-] or
[--] (faster) key.

If the flow rate read on the flow meter is lower than the reference flow rate, press down the [+] or
[++](faster) key.

As soon as the flow rate read on the flow meter corresponds to the reference flow rate, press
down the [0] key

the motor driven valve stops.
NOTE : The flow rate calibration can be carried out in measurement mode : the new calibration
coefficient « F Coef. » is immediately taken into account when the [Memo] key is pressed
down.
