Minimum threshold for causing a rising alarm.

Falling Threshold

Maximum threshold for causing a falling alarm.

Rising Event Index

Index number of the RMON event to be triggered when the rising threshold is 
crossed.

Falling Event Index

Index number of the RMON event to be triggered when the falling threshold is
