Check Remarks

Check brine (-14°C / 25%) by starting brine pump relay test for 5 min.
and then checking the brine again, the value must remain constant.
(there must be glycol/water mixture in the brine!)

Filling device available (not via the HP connection)

Safety equipment present? Filling pressure brine circuit 1 bar (primary pressure
expansion vessel) + 0.3 bar as brine flow, therefore fill with 1.3 bar.

Make sure brine is vented (if the manometer fluctuates, then there is still air in the
system!)
-
Check all connections for leaks
-
Check the insulation – no condensation
-
Ensure hydraulic compensation of the probe (Taco-Setter or Delta T measurement)
-
Caution: Delta T brine side 3-4K!
Measure with instrument only! Do not use LOGON B WP61)
Specific tests for ground water system

Caution: Is there an intermediate circuit? (System separation via heat exchanger)
-
Check brine in intermediate circuit (-14°C / 25%) by starting brine pump relay test
for approx. 1 min. and then checking the brine again, the value must remain constant
(there must be glycol/water mixture in the intermediate circuit!)

Siphon higher than the heat exchanger in the return to the well?
-
Filter in the supply line from well to pump?
-
Check amount of water in the well pump (via Delta T)
-
Flow monitor (E15) in return before the siphon is present and functioning
(has to be adjusted)
-
At least 15 m between the tapping and return wells
-
Check inspection glass in cooling circuit (green area / from approx. 40° VL
no more bubbles visible)
-
Check for any noise (compressor running smoothly)
-
Check for structure-borne noise transmission (flexible connection, sound-absorbing
pipe suspension, vibration transmission over the floor)
-
Delta T heater-side must be between 8 and 10 K! (set by means of pump speed)
Safety checks

Test high pressure safety switch-off function by blocking the flow on the heater
side with the cut-off valve. (Error 222 high pressure switch-off)
-
Test low pressure safety switch-off function by blocking the flow on the heater side
with the cut-off valve. (Error 225 high pressure switch-off)
Check defrosting until defrosting completed (press reset button for 5 sec. for manual
defrosting)

Check function of brine pressure switch. While the HP is running, create a bridge
on plug EX7 on the LOGON B WP61. Caution: The message “Limiting time active”
will be displayed after 4 sec. of running time. Leave the EX7 plug disconnected and
reset the parameter 7160 (Maintenance/Service) to “yes.”(Reset can also be
performed by means of the reset button!) HP will restart with malfunction
message “229 Pressure monitor heat source.” Reconnect plug, reset error, HP will
restart on its own.
