Define and select hydraulic diagram and compare with system:

Overflow valve installed (50% overflow) in accordance with system layout (not

On the consumer-side (heater) check the primary pressure of the expansion  

 

vessel as well as water pressure and safety valve and adjust as needed

Logon B WP61 terminal X1 / L and 1 by means of contactor (not only 3 phase)

Check all sensors (also in the HP) for proper seating and placement

Commissioning  

Setting LOGON B WP61: 
- 

Configure controller according to plan 

- 

Parameter “Save sensor”! (Parameter 6200 “Configuration”) 

- 

Check sensor values “Input/Output Test” (as of line 7700 ) 

- 

Perform relay test by means of “Input/Output Test.” Caution: Do not let the  

 

compressor start up! After the test return parameter to “None” 

- 

Start heat pump (change extern. temp. simulation parameter 7150  

 

“Maintenance/Service” if necessary). Caution! Reset after commissioning! 

- 

Fill out commissioning record

Open all valves on the brine distributor 

- 

Check brine pump Q8 (direction of rotation, direction of flow, leaks)

Caution: No e-pump on the evaporator side
