Function of thousands digit of parameter P7.11 is to decide whether the former
running information be stored or not when the power supply is on after off; If the
storage is effective, the hundreds digit of parameter P7.11 will decide whether the first
startup runs from the wobbling presetting frequency or not; If the storage is disabled,
the first startup will run from the wobbling presetting frequency during each running
under power on. In addition, resetting to the wobbling frequency running status can be
realized by the multi-function terminal that is defined as Wobbling freq. status reset.
