Step 5 - Specify Trigger Settings
Select
Force
as the type of trigger.
Then program the desired amount of force the press is to
apply before ultrasound is initiated.
Next, program
Max Trigger Time
. This provides a
measure of safety insuring the welder will fault if for
some reason the welder never achieves the programmed
trigger force. See Figure 6-7.
