Target groups
The disposal of the system is only permitted to be carried out by the following target groups:

Specially trained personnel

Technical personnel

Preparation
The system should be fully decommissioned in accordance with the "Decommissioning
and disassembly for transport" chapter.
9.4
Disposal of the system
Different types of waste are produced during the disposal of systems. A distinction must be
made between hazardous and non-hazardous waste, which must be disposed of in accor-
dance with locally applicable rules and regulations.
Local Dräger branches or Dräger Product Return (www.draeger.com) can assist with
disposal.
9.5
Disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment
Waste electrical and electronic equipment is subject to national and international disposal
regulations and may not be disposed of as municipal waste. They are therefore marked
with the symbol opposite. Further information can be found on the Internet at
www.draeger.com.
Dräger takes back waste electrical and electronic equipment for the purpose of recycling
or disposal.

CAUTION
Danger to the environment due to hazardous substances
Grease, oil, coolant, solvent-containing cleaning fluid and similar substances can be
hazardous to groundwater.
• It is not permitted for these substances to enter the ground or the sewerage system.
• Keep, store, transport and dispose of these substances in suitable containers.
• All operating materials, lubricants and operating substances that cannot be reused
must be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with
local regulations.
