4. Checking the gas connection. To do this, open the cover 

door for the gas connections and check that the gas lines are 
securely tightened and cannot be unfastened by hand. 
Check the flange and duct for visible damage.

5. Check the earthing. To do this, check that all containers are 

connected with earthing cables. If sufficient earthing is not 
possible, insert the earthing rod and secure the earthing 
cable. In the event of dry ground, water the soil thoroughly 
around the earthing rod. Check earthing for optical damage.

6. Connect an X-zone to the system via cable. Switch on the X-zones and 

corresponding X-ams and set up at least 2 meters away from the system air vents 
(see Fig. 18 on page 28).

7. Slowly open the ball valves for propane fully ion the gas and liquid phases on the gas 

supply. Turn the handwheel back by half a turn. Observe a maximum inlet pressure of 
15.6 bar.

8. Switch on the remote control. To do this, switch the emergency stop switch up.

Establish the connection. To do this, tap the on/off button and then press and hold 
until "Dräger" is shown on the display.
