CAUTION:
Before serving any fuel system component make certain that the fuel cylinder valves are fully
closed and the fuel line pressure properly relieved. Failure to do so could result in serious
personal injury and/or damage to property.

9) Slowly disconnect the high-pressure fuel line from the regulator.

10) Remove the NGTP sensor from the regulator.

CAUTION:
Replacement regulators are supplied without the NGTP sensor, and inlet and outlet fittings.

<Installation>

1) Inspect the O-rings on the sensor and fittings for nicks, cuts, or damage that may affect their

sealing ability. Replace the O-rings as necessary with the proper size and type.

2) Lubricate the O-rings with white lithium grease or a commercial O-ring lubricant.

3) Install the inlet and outlet fittings on the regulator.

4) Install the NGTP sensor on the regulator.

5) Install the regulator on the mounting bracket.

6) Connect the high-pressure fuel line to the regulator. Tighten the fuel line fitting to specifications.

CAUTION:
It is imperative that the high-pressure fuel lines be attached per the fitting manufacture°Øs
procedures.

7) Connect the fuel hose to the regulator outlet fitting.

8) Connect the coolant hoses to the regulator.

9) Connect the electrical harness connector to the NGTP sensor.

10) Refill the cooling system or remove the pinch tools from the coolant lines.

11) Connect the battery ground cable.

12) Open the manual shut off (1/4 turn) valve.

13) Open the fuel cylinder manual valves. On cylinders with electronic in tank valves, connect the

electrical harness connectors to the tank valves.

14) Check the fuel line connections using a non ammonia soap solution or a liquid commercial leak

15) Run the engine till it reaches operating temperature and check for coolant leaks.

16) Run the vehicle and check for proper operation.

17) Check the coolant level after the engine has cooled down.
