When deleting mail-linked i-

appears asking whether to delete the

ppli folder. Select
“NO” to delete only i-

ppli, and “YES” to delete the
folder at the same time. However, even when
“YES” is selected, you cannot delete the mail-
linked i-
α
ppli folder if it is being used, if it is locked,
or if it contains protected mail.

Some Osaifu-Keitai i-
α
ppli may require you to
erase the corresponding IC card data before you
delete the i-
α
ppli. When selecting “Delete this” for
the i-
α
ppli, follow the on-screen instructions to
activate i-
α
ppli and erase the IC card data, then
delete the i-
α
ppli. For “Delete selected” or “Delete
all”, i-
α
ppli cannot be deleted. Erase the data
before you delete the i-
α
ppli.
