Music

Music&Video Channel

Music&Video Channel is a service that automatically 
performs overnight downloads of programs of up to 
approximately one hour in length (approx. 30 minutes 
of video programs). After just configuring it once, 
Music&Video Channel automatically updates content, 
so you can always carry the latest videos and audio 
programs with you.

■

Notes on use

• Music&Video Channel incurs charges and requires 

a subscription (Subscribers are also required to 
apply for i-mode and Pake-hodai, Pake-hodai full or 
Pake-hodai double. If Pake-hodai double is used, 
the charges reach the upper limit after a few times 
of Music&Video Channel usage.). 

• Some programs may result in separate information 

charges in addition to Music&Video usage charges.

• After you subscribe to the Music&Video Channel 

service, when inserting the FOMA card to a 
Music&Video Channel-incompatible FOMA 
terminal, you cannot use the service. You will 
continue to incur Music&Video usage charges until 
you terminate the Music&Video Channel 
subscription.

• Programs cannot be set or retrieved during 

international roaming*. Stop download service 
before going overseas. Restart the download 
service after coming back.
*: Please note that if you try to set programs or retrieve 

a program during international roaming, your FOMA 
terminal will connect to i-mode and you will incur 
packet communications charges.

• You can view i-mode sites or mail while playing a 

Music&Video Channel program (Background 
playback). However, you cannot view them while 
playing video programs.
