The Standard Event Status Enable Register (

Indicates that the PPCH has completed a Q-RPT measurement.

NRDY

Generation Not Ready (Bit 1)

Indicates that the PPCH made a transition from

as defined

by the control settings (see Section 3.2.2).

RDY

Generation Ready (Bit 0)

Indicates that the PPCH has reached a target pressure and is

Ready

as defined

by the control settings (see Section 3.2.2).

IEEE STD. 488.2 COMMON AND STATUS PROGRAM

MESSAGES

The PPCH supports a set of commands that are common to all instruments conforming to IEEE Std.
488.2. These command make it easy to perform basic function for any device that supports these
commands. These commands also cover the status reporting commands. See Section 4.5 for details on
the status registers mentioned in these commands.
