The disagreement between the RPT indication and ZSTD at the autozero pressure
just after the RPT has been calibrated.

ZCURERR

The disagreement between the RPT indication and ZTSD at some time after the
RPT has been calibrated.

ZOFFSET

ZCURERR corrected for ZNATERR (the value used to autozero the RPT range).

ZSTD

The value indicated by the device used as the reference in determining ZNATERR
and ZCURERR.
