You will get the menu at the right. 
Use the default selection of "High 
when On" (meaning that when 
the Domain 3000 see a high 
signal on this input, it will assume 
the DVD player is on). 

Click OK. 

  

 

  

After clicking OK, you will have added all the wires necessary to the DVD player. 

Click on the IR Control port of the Denon AV surround receiver. Connect it to IR Out Port 3 of the Domain 3000. 

You should end up with the schematic shown below. 

Now the Ubiquity software running in the Domain 3000 knows a path exists from the DVD player to the Living room TV and speakers 
and it knows how to control all the components in the path. Therefore, it can create a graphical user interface to control the DVD player.
