After clicking on the port, a green wire is added. The wire is green because it is an audio wire. 

If you want, you can add the wire from the line subwoofer of the Denon to the speakers. It won't make any difference whether this line is 
added as the control commands issued by the Domain 3000 will not change. However, if the power to the subwoofer was controlled by 
a relay on the Domain 3000, then it would matter.
