ACCESS FROM LEVEL:
print operator totals report
This function create the printout of the transactions effected by all the operators after the latest data reset
procedure (see function
87 GRAND TOTALS X RESET
or function
91 GRAND TOTALS Z RESET
).
The following data will be printed for each operator:
•
the operator identifier code and name
•
the grand total
•
the number of serviced customers
•
the number of voids/subtractions
•
the amount of voids/subtractions
•
the number of returns
•
the amount of returns
•
the number of discounts
•
the amount of discounts
•
non-zero total amounts paid by
CASH
,
CHEQUE
,
CREDIT CARD
and
COUPON
The data referring to operators “
ON TRAINING
” will be printed separately, on a special
TRAINING
OPERATOR REPORT
section of this report.
After entering this function press
<ENTER>
to select the totals report print as follows:

The report with totals for each operator having sales data recordings different from “0” will be
printed by pressing
<ENTER> .

print department totals report
This function can be used for getting the printout of transactions to be reckoned to the various
departments, and effected by operators “
ON TRADING
” only, after the latest data reset procedure
(see function
87 GRAND TOTALS X RESET
or function
91 GRAND TOTALS Z RESET
).
The following data will be printed for each department:
•
the department id. code
•
the grand total
•
the total weight
•
the no. of items sold
After entering this function press
<ENTER>
to select the total report print as follows:

By pressing <ENTER> again the message
WAIT
will be displayed and the list of sales totals will be
printed for each department having sales data different from “0”. When printing is completed, the
scale returns to the function initial display.
