ACCESS FROM LEVEL:
print sales totals by time hour
This function can be used for getting the printout of the transactions effected by the operators “
ON
TRADING
” only, and subdivided by hours as selected, after the latest reset procedure(see function
87 GRAND TOTALS X RESET
or
91 GRAND TOTALS Z RESET
).
The following data will be printed on per hour basis:
•
the starting hour to be considered
•
the grand total
•
the total weight
•
the no. of issued receipts
•
the no. of items sold
•
the no. of voids
•
the voids total
•
the number of returns
•
the amount of returns
•
the number of discounts
•
the amount of discounts
After entering this function press
<ENTER>
to start the printing:

By pressing
<ENTER>
again, the message
WAIT
is displayed and totals reports are printed by each
selected hour with data different from “0”. When printing is completed, the scale returns to the
function initial display.

This function can be used for getting the printout of all the transactions effected by the operators
“
ON TRADING
” only, and subdivided by scale after the latest reset procedure(see function

GRAND TOTALS X RESET
or
91 GRAND TOTALS Z RESET
).
For each linked scale the following data are printed:
•
the scale identifier code
•
the sales grand total
•
the total weight
•
the no. of issued receipts
•
the no. of items sold.
After entering this function press <ENTER> to select printing as follows:

By pressing
<ENTER>
again the message
WAIT
will be displayed and the list of sales totals will be
printed for each departments having sales data different from “0”. The scale returns to the function
initial display after printing.
