Loading the print ribbon
The printer uses print ribbon with color panels, continuous color, or
color and topcoat. To order new ribbon, contact your service provider.

Remove the print ribbon cartridge

Lift the top cover, and then move the support down so it rests on
the internal frame, as shown in
Figure 2-12
.

Press down on the swing arm (see
Figure 2-13
). The push latch
releases the swing arm. Lift the swing arm until it is fully open.
