Find the newest Ouster LiDAR compliance block from PLUS+1 Update Center.
If updating the Ouster LiDAR compliance block to the newest version, the old block needs to be deleted
in the C Code first. See
Delete the Old Ouster Block C Code
After the old block has been deleted, or if this is the first time using the Ouster LiDAR compliance block,
then find the block in PLUS+1 Update Center. The Autonomous Control Library version 2.6 must also be
downloaded to use the latest Data_Lockers block. See
Find the Newest Ouster and Data Lockers Blocks
page 14.
Delete the Old Ouster Block C Code
If updating to a new Ouster LiDAR compliance block from an older version, delete the old block from the
C Code first. If this is the first time using an Ouster LiDAR compliance block, skip this task.
1. Open the application that has the old Ouster block in PLUS+1 GUIDE.
2. Within the application, go to Project Manager > C Code > Ouster_Driver_AvailableHeader.
3. Delete all the old Ouster files by right clicking on the Ouster .h file, then selecting Delete/Remove.
4. Select Delete from the message.
5. Delete the old block from the user interface.
6. Save and close the application. Now, the newest version of the Ouster LiDAR compliance block can
replace it.
Find the Newest Ouster and Data Lockers Blocks
Download both the newest Ouster library and Autonomous Control Library from PLUS+1 Update
Center.
1. Close PLUS+1 GUIDE before opening PLUS+1 Update Center.
2. Open PLUS+1 Update Center.
a) Go to PLUS+1 Update Center > Select file manually > Edit > Content
b) Expand the Library drop-down and then select Autonomous Control Library version 2.6 or
newer if it is not already installed in GUIDE.
c) Expand the PLUS+1 Partner Products drop-down and then select Ouster LiDAR.
d) Select Save Changes > Install.
3. Open the application in PLUS+1 GUIDE.
a) Look under the Hardware tab.
