Safety features

Emergency shutdown

For added safety, Z-Trak2 units come with external signal pins for an Emergency shutdown switch.
Even when a Z-Trak2 unit is powered, the laser will not operate unless a normally closed
emergency shutdown switch (E-STOP) is connected to the external safety pins of the sensor. A
+24 VDC signal must be applied to the E-STOP. In some global jurisdictions it is possible to use
