5.6 TROUBLESHOOTING
Start the engine and check whether the piston of the cylinder moves by pressing the manual push button for the solenoid
valve's check valve. If the piston does not move, it indicates malfunction in the hydraulic system. In this case, inspect the
hydraulic system.
If the cylinder moves by pressing the manual push button, it indicates malfunction in the electrical system. In this case,
perform the following troubleshooting.
5.6.1 PROBLEMS INVOLVED WITH LIFTING
AND LOWERING REAPING UNIT
Symptom Cause Action
The reaping unit cannot be
lifted (reaping cylinder) nor
turned (direction control
cylinder). • Faulty ground of the threshing controller
